**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Operate snow equipment to clear snow from sidewalks, driveways
- Maintain and inspect snow removal equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools for various tasks related to snow removal.
- Perform landscape maintenance as needed.
- Dig out areas as required to facilitate effective snow removal.
- Irrigate areas as necessary to prevent ice formation during winter months.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of snow removal and lawn maintenance tasks.
- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and performing maintenance duties.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in operating snow equipment or similar machinery is preferred.
- Experience in landscape maintenance, including skills in ride mower and using hand tools effectively.
- A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Crew lead: 1 year (preferred)
