Workplace Type: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
**Salary**: $45,000-$52,000
Essential Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education and/or experience with a focus on HR, coupled with the CHRP designation that is at minimum in progress
- 2+ years of Human Resources experience
- Strong understanding and working knowledge of all relevant Government and legal regulations including Employment Standards Act, Human Rights Code, AODA, Occupational Health & Safety Act, etc.
- Strong sense of professional accountability; can handle sensitive and confidential information with care and the utmost discretion
- Knowledge of Child Care and Early Years is an asset
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be COVID-19 Vaccinated and provide Proof of Vaccination

**We are Seeking an Innovative and Collaborative HR People Partner**:
We are seeking an experience and results driven Human Resources People Partner to align our HR initiatives with Agency objectives and needs. Our HR People Partners duties include alignment to agency objectives and strategic direction, recruitment of the right talent, enhancing staff performance, supporting staff development, enhancing recruitment efforts, running orientation, payroll administration and onboarding process, communicating role expectations, maintaining staff relations and overseeing health and wellness initiatives. This role is collaborative, supporting and consulting with program and portfolio leads.
