The Data Analyst works closely with the Data Analyst, Report Writer to develop data analytics, segmentations and business intelligence solutions for Alumni and Development and campus partners. **Objectives**: - Maintain high-quality data management by supporting complex queries and lists in Raiser’s Edge and NXT. - Support data-driven decision-making through reports, dashboards, and visualizations that enhance fundraising and alumni engagement. - Analyze and compile data for key A&D projects, including CASE, CCAE, EAI surveys, and campaign reports. - Assist in managing confidential Alumni and Development data, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance. - Support training efforts to enhance data literacy and system adoption for A&D and external stakeholders in NXT and Power BI. - Job Requirements This position requires a level of education, training, and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, plus a minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting.
