Overview:
Lafarge Canada is looking for an
**Asphalt Raker person **to join our construction crews.

**Responsibilities**:

- Raking, shoveling, and other labour duties as assigned
- Ability to rake asphalt to high standards
- Follow and adhere to all the Company’s safety procedures and directives
- Responsible to ensure all work is completed in a safe manner
- Perform work in outdoor construction site settings
- Working alongside the paving crew
- Act in a courteous manner in order to project a positive company image
- Assist with other duties as required from time to time

Qualifications:

- Raking Asphalt experience required
- Willing to learn and take direction
- Must be able to communicate well with co-workers
- Must be able to work under pressure
- Must be able to meet all safety requirements and applicable safety policies
- Physically fit
- Must be able to work overtime, weekends, nights, and early starts (irregular hours) when necessary
