**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Customer Care Representative**

The position of customer care representative is essential at Always Plumbing & Heating. It is our customer’s first experience when dealing with our company. It is an important responsibility, as this is the point at which we first begin to establish, grow and maintain our customer base. Anyone performing in this capacity must have the verbal skills and professionalism that will allow for effective communication with the customer.

Specific Job Requirements
- Follow all customer call steps outlined in the procedure guide and process maps in order to book the call
- Follow call-taking script on all calls
- Be a team player
- Maintain required call ratio
- Keep call board full
- Perform computer functions with skill, efficiency and accuracy
- Handle unhappy customers and make general manager aware of challenges
- Flexibility as we are a 24/7 service company
- Achieve performance metrics set forth
- Outbound calls
- Ongoing training and role-playing

Location
- This is a work from home position and does require a phone, computer or tablet and reliable internet connection. MUST LIVE IN THE EDMONTON AREA FOR IN-PERSON INTERVIEW AND TRAINING

**Salary**: $1.00 per hour
