Our Studio Managers oversee daily operations, manage staff and collaborate with the corporate team to ensure exceptional member experiences and are responsible for the overall success and growth of the studio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of talented yoga and fitness instructors
- ensure all clients have an exceptional experience from the moment they enter and leave
- identify member needs and class preferences
- teach classes, oversee classes as needed
- oversee and administer schedules, day-to-day operations, workshops and events
- convert enquiries into memberships
- collaborate with others to capture content for social media publishing to promote the studio
- maintain and grow memberships through sales and retention efforts
- ensure studio cleanliness and organization, creating an inviting boutique studio environment
- monitor and manage studio goals, driving team performance toward financial targets

Oxygen Yoga & Fitness is a state of the art FAR Infrared Heating Studio. Classes focus on all four quadrants of life (mental, spiritual, emotional and physical). Our studios are proven to increase blood circulation and boost immunity, burn more calories and increase flexibility. Pay: $15.65-$31.23 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
