**Job description**:
NAKAI Group is an Atlantic Canadian Spa, Salon and Retail company with 2 locations - one in Moncton and one in Saint John, New Brunswick. We are currently looking to hire a Guest Care Assistant Manager - in our Moncton location.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years experience in an active Management position
- A continuous learning mind-set
- A desire to assist in growing a team through teaching, coaching, leading by example, and motivation
- Passionate about providing excellent customer experience
- Problem-Solving
- Social Media Management
- Attention to detail
- Big-Picture understanding
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, in particular - Word and Excel

- Eagerness to understand and become an expert in Spa/Salon software
