**Now Hiring**: HSE Advisor - Fire Protection Industry
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Experience Required**: 0-2 years
We’re seeking a motivated individual to join our team in a safety role where you’ll play a key part in supporting and maintaining a safe work environment across multiple smaller scale commercial projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site safety inspections and hazard assessments
- Facilitate safety meetings, orientations, and toolbox talks
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant safety legislation and client-specific safety platforms (e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta, ComplyWorks)
- Oversee and manage the requirements to maintain the company’s COR (Certificate of Recognition) designation
- Support the implementation and enforcement of our company safety policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Valid NCSO certification (or near completion)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Problem-solving skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to work independently in a safety-focused role
- Working knowledge of relevant safety platforms and standards
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
