**ABOUT YOU**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- **Leadership and Management**:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of cloud infrastructure engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the cloud infrastructure engineering team, ensuring timely and effective completion of projects and tasks. Includes leading daily standups, tracking tickets, and ensuring delivery SLAs are met.
- **Project Management**:
- Plan, execute, and oversee cloud infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of cloud solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs) related to cloud services.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cloud operations, infrastructure management, and team leadership, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing cloud environments effectively. Demonstrated experience in a Cloud Operations Manager or similar leadership role.
- **Extensive Knowledge**: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Heroku) and cloud management tools.
- **Cloud Security and Networking**: Strong expertise in cloud security, networking, and infrastructure management.
- **Leadership Skills**:Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- **Project Management**:Oversee, track, and delegate CloudOps projects, and conduct daily stand-up meetings. Assist engineers with blockers and delivery plans.
- **Problem-Solving**: Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- **Communication Skills**:Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are a plus.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Strong working knowledge of DNS and security certificates, and their use in managing websites and securing services.
