**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Sage and Microsoft GP Dynamics.
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions promptly.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial statements.
- General office admin tasks and supportive duties.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (GP Dynamics, Sage) is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 24 per week
