**Your responsibilities**
- Contribute and support the implementation of the store business plan and IKEA food action plan.
- Promote a safety-first culture, as well as coach fellow coworkers in ensuring routines and requirements are known and followed in all daily work.
- Ensure that the kitchen is always in optimal state, equipment is well maintained, and the products are in perfect condition and correctly priced.
- Effectively follow proper processes and procedures in terms of food preparation, safety and waste reduction.
- Actively learn about the food we serve and sell and share your knowledge with customers and team members creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Keep customers in focus making sure that they have a consistently excellent shopping experience by empowering, challenging and coaching fellow co-workers to see through customers’ eyes.
