We are currently seeking a **Customer Service Agent** to join our Surrey Admin team. Prairie Pacific Coast Express Corp. offers a professional work environment, a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Agent's key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner, attentively addressing their concerns
- Maintain and update customer information in the database
- Provide assistance and resolutions to customers based on the company's customer service guidelines
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders and teams to stay informed about new products, services, and policies
- Fulfill other duties as assigned
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in attaching documents, multitasking with multiple screens and tabs
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Friendly, patient, empathetic, dependable, and self-motivated
- Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to engage with clients in a pleasant and professional manner
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
