**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and creative person to help run the administrative and marketing side of Pickleball Connect. This role keeps our business running smoothly behind the scenes, managing the website, coordinating court rentals, supporting customers, and creating engaging social content that reflects our growing pickleball community.
- **Key Responsibilities**:

- Update and maintain website content (classes, schedules, programs, etc.)
- Secure court rentals and manage relationships with facility partners
- Manage event registrations and scheduling
- Create and post social media content that builds engagement and brand awareness
- Design and distribute marketing materials
- Keep internal communications and records organized

**What We’re Looking For**
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Experience managing business websites (Wordpress)
- Confident using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Basic design or content creation skills (Canva or similar tools)
- Positive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated attitude
- Interest in pickleball or community-based recreation is a bonus
- Minimum of one year customer service

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Calgary, AB T3E 3P5
