**MARKETING COORDINATOR**
This position is a full-time role beginning immediately, preferably based out of our Calgary Office.

From engineering design to final pullback, we provide the best equipment and support the industry has to offer. We are a driving force in the continuing advancement of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) and other trenchless systems.
**Job Highlights**:
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for CCI Group of Companies’ marketing material, tradeshows, events, business development support and online presence through various social channels. The Marketing Coordinator’s duties will include but are not limited to developing engaging content, marketing material in print and electronic format, corporate merchandise, and assisting with business development administrative functions. Will continue an online community for the brands by creating an online image that is representative of the companies and what it aims to promote through consultation with senior management. Have strong aptitude for Adobe Suite and complete graphic design for multiple companies marketing and administrative needs and coordination of tradeshows and events along with the marketing material that is required. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Business Development
**Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating biweekly business development meetings.
- Complete quarterly business development report.
- Develop marketing content in print and electronic forms.
- Develop Career postings based off job descriptions for social media generation.
- Maintain a social media strategy and calendar.
- Manage the online representation of our brand through our social networks such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Develop strategies and tactics to promote our brand and content.
- Utilize the social channels most relevant to the brand on a daily basis.
- Respond to customer queries through social networks.
- Work with managers of all departments to create compelling and relevant content.
- With management team direction lead the organization of events such as Tradeshows, AGM, and open houses.
- Track and analyze results of all marketing initiatives and update plan accordingly.
- Update websites as needed.
- Ordering and tracking of corporate merchandise.
- Organize Business Card orders.
- Perform related duties as necessary.

This position requires a self-motivated, professional individual with various soft skills, such as leadership, communication, and time management to complete tasks, manage conflicts, motivate employees, and increase productivity. The Marketing Coordinator must be able to use their soft skills effectively to engage with their teams, communicate with business partners and collaborate with other managers or stakeholders on marketing and business development projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Certificate or related diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of website CMS programs (training will be provided).
- Expert Experience with Adobe Suite.
- Excellent interviewing skills.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Flexibility.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Advanced knowledge of social media advertising platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are mandatory, with the ability to work independently while recognizing your role within a team.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google My Business and other Google tools are considered an asset.
**Other Skills**:
- The Marketing Coordinator should have some experience as a writer, or public relations assistant.
