Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for property management.
**Duties**:
- Administration of all lease related works, including the preparations and editings of all type of notices, offers, leases ageement, lease renewal, terminations, amending documents, tenants' assignments
- Track all changes of tenant move-in/out and maintain good records while notifying related parties such as Accountants
- Communication and co-op with real estator settling all offers/leases details
- Manage tenant relationships and address any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in the negotiation of vendor contracts and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Utilize required system to schedule and track maintenance/inspection requests
- Maintain office organization and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked
- Utilize Yardi or similar software to manage property information, including lease agreements, rent payments, and maintenance records
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Madarin/Catonese Speaking is Mandatory
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants, vendors, and team members
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in using Quickbooks is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate contracts and resolve conflicts in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
**Salary**: $48,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
