**Key Responsibilities**:
- Schedule appointments, open Repair Orders, prepare estimates and invoices.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
- Provide technicians with accurate and detailed information for diagnosis.
- Present repair estimates and inform customers of necessary maintenance services.
- Ensure all customers receive excellent service and value.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Active listening abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Experience with data entry and Microsoft Office.
**Qualifications**:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of Service Advisor experience preferred.
- Valid Ontario driver's license with a clean record.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Windows, and internet navigation.
