**The Opportunity**

The Governance & Control (G&C) function is part of first line technology operations focused on leading operational risk and is responsible to operationalize and implement Global Technology risk strategy. G&C aligns with leadership to set the risk culture, supports IT in identifying and mitigating risks end to end and provides an objective view of key risks to enable business decisions. G&C also provides processes, data, skilled resources and insight to supervise accountability and enable risk-based decisions. The function is responsible for measuring performance against mandatory requirements such as risk standards and providing an enterprise view of the operational risk posture.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise the materiality decisions for impact
- Update control procedures and framework to reflect change in required controls
- Coordinate walkthrough and testing schedules with key partners
- Maintain process documentation, coordinate evidence collection and lead the walkthrough for Entity Level Controls related to IT
- Coordinate kickoff meetings within IT, internal audit, external auditor and control owners
- Raise delays in evidence requests, support resolution
- Perform root cause analysis of issues with key partners to resolve thematic and recurring issues
- Report on progress related to SOX issues and corrective action plans
- Report and monitor updates made to control inventories in the system of record
- Oversee the annual IT SOX plans submitted by partners, supervise key achievements
- Manage the IT SOX Operational Forum with partners
- Manage the IT SOX collaboration site
- Establish key performance indicators to supervise progress, measure and report results
- Establish training program for new IT SOX leads
- Design and communicate program requirements for planning, coordination, issue remediation and reporting
- Update the weekly and monthly Global Governance & Control reports
- Debrief on annual results, recommendation for improvement

**What we are looking for**
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive leadership in the areas of Information Security / Business Resiliency / Technology Risk strategies, principles, processes and deliverables within a large enterprise
- University degree (Computer Science, IT, Business or related field preferred)
- Previous IT risk advisory consulting experience is an asset
- Working knowledge of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002
- Prior experience as a program manager within a technology function
- Ability to collect, organize, analyze and report data to communicate key areas requiring attention or action
- Flexibility in working hours to due to the team global setup
- Strong leadership, communication, consulting, decision-making and influencing skills
- Strong partner management and alignment skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
