global manufacturing & distribution organization
to hire a
Senior SOX Auditor
for a
12-month contract
, with a strong possibility of
extension or permanent conversion
.
Hybrid:
3 days onsite per week
What You'll Be Doing
- Execute end-to-end
SOX testing
(walkthroughs, control design, and operating effectiveness) - Identify, investigate, and help remediate
control gaps and exceptions - Support
SOX reporting and documentation - Collaborate cross-functionally with
Finance, Operations, and IT - Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
What We're Looking For
- CPA / CA required
- Strong, hands-on
SOX compliance and testing experience
(not advisory-only) - Comfortable owning deliverables and working independently
- Strong communication skills and execution-focused mindset
- Well-suited for
senior auditors or managers
open to contract roles
