**Job Role Overview**
As the Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. From handling calls and managing office equipment to supporting team members and delivering excellent customer service, your organizational and communication skills will be key to keeping our office running seamlessly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Operate and maintain office equipment
- Coordinate office activities and support internal communication
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Assist with record keeping, data entry, and general support tasks

**Qualifications**
- Experience in administrative assistance and office equipment handling
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and QuickBooks
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Office Administration or related field is a plus)

Pay: $18.00 per hour
