With our continued growth, an opportunity now exists for the right person to join our team in the position of **Electronics Assembler.**

**Primary Duties**:

- Read work orders, follow production drawings and sample assemblies, or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Position and align parts in specified relationship to each other in jig, fixture, or other holding device.
- Install finished assemblies or subassemblies using hand or battery operated tools.
- Assemble and attach hardware, such as caps, clamps, knobs, and switches, to assemblies.
- Clean finished product, install damping material, hook up components, and test on the computer.
- Perform online go-not-go testing and inspection to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
- Final cleaning and repairs to products need to be complete before packaging.
- Place and pick parts into equipment (mould injection machines, auto insertion machines, etc..) and initiate automatic processes.
- General 5S (housekeeping) around workstation

**Secondary Duties (As needed)**:

- Pack finished product in boxes using proper rails, foam and staple gun for each end.
- Responsible to ensure kits and power cords are in the box before closing, moving packed speaker onto a skid.
- Once a skid is full; stretch wrap around boxes, attach a complete skid tag, complete a quality inspection of all parts.
- Other duties, as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

¨ High school education

¨ One to two years in a manufacturing work environment

¨ These positions require heavy lifting up to 55lbs

¨ Able to work without supervision.

¨ Good communication skills, analytical skills

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
