We are now on a determined path to growth, leading to great opportunities for personal and career growth. We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Electrical/Electronic Assembler Technician.
The Electrical/Electronic Assembler Technician is responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electromechanical equipment by combining mechanical fabrication with electrical assembly operations. This role requires a balanced skill set, including mechanical assembly, basic soldering capabilities, and electrical wiring proficiency to create high-quality finished products.
**Duties and responsibilities**
- Install electrical harness to electrical panels, fixtures, metal chassis, plastic modules, metal casings and plastic casings
- Follow written documentation, verbal instructions, mechanical drawings, and electrical and electronic schematics
- Carry out installation and maintenance on equipment
- Record measurements and characteristics, through conducting trials, testing, and reporting any irregularities
- Verify the compliance of the work with generic and specific standards defined in the technical work documentation
- Hand assembly of physically small electronic components into circuit boards
- Ensure individual productivity quotas are met or exceeded daily, while at the same time maintaining Arconas' quality standards
- Cross trained to perform other functions such as light assembly and other material management tasks, when no electrical or electronic duties are required
- Perform all other assigned duties by the Production Supervisor
**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of experience working in an electrical or electronic production capacity
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Basic computer skills, with previous experience in using Word and Excel
- Must be able to perform the following: stripping wires, crimping, assembling connectors, lay cables inside narrow enclosures
- Ability to use a soldering iron safely
- Ability to read an oscilloscope
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of this position, including the ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Excellent knowledge in reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints
- Manual abilities, dexterity, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of industrial hygiene and safety rules and how to use personal and environmental protection equipment
- Capacity to work as a team and under pressure, and to adapt to a constantly evolving environment
- The position requires technical expertise, precision craftsmanship, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a good command of English in reading and comprehending written and verbal instructions
- Reliable with good attendance record and focus on punctuality
**Working conditions**
- Must be comfortable working in a diverse environment
- Could be exposed to varied internal temperatures within the Plant due to external weather conditions

- Ability to lift to 30 pounds
- Extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
