**Job Summary**:
Solder, assemble and test solder electronic components, PCBA’s, and cable assemblies.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
Inspection of soldering to IPC-610 standard (Class 3).
Assemble mechanical/electronic components according to manufacturing work instructions.
Build cable assemblies & solder electronic components/connectors.
Test simple electronic assemblies.
Follow ordering procedures for inventory stock levels (kanban).
Follow all work instructions and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized environment.
Adherence to departmental and company policies and procedures. Including the 5 “S” Principles, ISO, misc. quality system procedures

**Requirements**:
**Education**: High School with commensurate experience or post-secondary certificate in related field.
**Required Experience**:
IPC-610 Class 3 Soldering and Inspection Surface mount soldering, solder inspection, cable assembly.
Must be able to use hand tools for assembly when required.
Must be detail oriented, precise and fast learner.
Must be able to read, understand and follow instructions/drawings.
**Communication**:
Must be fluent in English. Must be self-motivated and be able to communicate well.

Good hand eye coordination, stable hands for delicate component assembly Occasionally lifting
**Mental Demands**:
Fast paced, working towards critical deadlines.
