We’re currently seeking **High School Math Instructors** with a strong grasp of **Grade 11 and 12 Ontario math curriculum**, including:

- **MCR3U** - Functions
- **MCV4U** - Calculus and Vectors
- **MHF4U** - Advanced Functions

At Mathnasium, we specialize in providing high-quality, personalized math instruction that builds understanding, confidence, and long-term success. This is a great opportunity for current university students, graduates, or certified educators looking to support students during the school year in a collaborative and engaging environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach high school math concepts (primarily Grades 11 & 12) using the **Mathnasium Method®**:

- Deliver engaging, step-by-step instruction in a one-on-one or small group setting
- Provide support with both foundational and curriculum-aligned topics
- Collaborate with the instructional team to create a positive and structured learning environment
- Communicate with parents and staff as needed
- Assist with administrative and student progress tasks in the centre

**Required Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of Ontario high school math curriculum (Grades 11-12)
- Exceptional math proficiency (in-house skills assessment will be conducted)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently
- Responsible, dependable, and professional demeanor
- Enjoys working with teens and helping them thrive

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Current university student or graduate in Math, Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or Education
- Experience teaching or tutoring students in **Advanced Functions**, **Calculus**, and **Vectors**:

- Experience working with youth in educational or mentoring roles
- or Post-certification) are strongly encouraged to apply
- Confident, upbeat, and student-focused teaching style

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:
