**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Bring your existing book of business and leverage it to drive new sales.
  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and industry events.
  • Present and sell our trucking services to potential clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Provide ongoing customer support and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

**Qualifications**

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the trucking, logistics, or transportation industry.
  • Strong existing network of contacts and business relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
