Mississauga, Canada Airway Interline Services Inc. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise hospitality services including food, accommodation and transportation provided to distress passengers at airports in case of flight disruptions, such as cancellations and or misconnections etc.
- Assign duties and coordinate with the workers and guide them on operations of events related to distress passengers at airports. Scheduling of staff for various shifts to ensure optimum staff availability for the operations.
- Supervise unaccompanied minor passengers operations inclusive of chaperone services for unaccompanied minors.
- Prepare and monitor procedures and work schedules of workers and resolve day to day work related issues and conflicts.
- Responsible for hiring and training of staff. Ensure that the new and existing workers are trained and well aware of work and safety procedures and relevant company policies. Intake of new agents including creating an employee file for HR
- Prepare progress and end of day reports and submit to back office.
- Back up for the driver’s team and drive the passenger transport vehicles when required.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 2 to 3 years
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation. Certificate or College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma in Travel / Hospitality preferred.
- Drivers License

**Salary**: $22.56 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON L4V 1W1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
