Purpose:
The summer student will be responsible for land related tasks to support the Surface and Indigenous Relations Team.
Main Responsibilities & Activities:
- Update Regulatory Land SIR Tracker- Assist with writing procedures for Surface Land and the Indigenous Relations Team- Update CS files, merging off files due to working interest changes- MOA acreage file cleanup - reviewing surveys & setting CS back to correct acreage amounts- Monthly area cost center reports- CS data entry clean up- Update GenerWell with FNC # and notes- Other Surface Land administration tasks and projects as assigned or required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Working towards a certificate or diploma in Land Administration or a related discipline is preferred- Must have a high level of integrity in dealing with confidential documents- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills who enjoys working in a challenging, fast paced environment- High level of accuracy and attention to detail is required- Team player who enjoys learning and contributing to team goals
