The General Manager will lead and inspire a team to consistently create exceptional guest experiences while overseeing all areas of operations, sales and team building.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure JAK's brand promises are consistently delivered: Unique product selection, outstanding service, unmatched in-store experience.
- Facilitate a fun work environment by bringing a fun energy to work to energize the team and inspire others to do the same.
- Lead and manage a team of customer service/sales specialists
- Develop successful people by providing training, mentoring and coaching to the team.
- Ensure all JAK's standards are met and exceeded, resulting in an outstanding retail experience.
- Communicate and achieve budgeted key performance indicators within the team for your store.
- Create and implement customer focused business strategies.
