The Ottawa Titans are hiring a dedicated, passionate and self-motivated **Group Ticket Sales** **Intern** for the 2026 Winter University Semester. This is a paid, full-time seasonal position beginning January and ending in April, located in Ottawa, ON requiring full-time in-office presence. This position is reserved for university students completing school credit.

**Responsibilities**
- Make cold calls and develop lists for calling to area companies to build new relationships.
- Prospect and research to grow new sales leads.
- Assist with and process ticket sales and renewals.
- Field calls to ensure fan and ticket holder questions are answered.
- Diligently track all leads, ensuring consistent follow through and enter customer information in CRM for efficient reporting and effective pipeline management
- Provide best-in-class customer service for all prospects, clients and fans
- Support other departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Bilingual (French & English), **strongly recommended**:

- Desire to work in the sports industry and specifically in a field related to Ticket Sales
- Ability to work full-time in-office from January to April
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate, problem solve, think outside the box, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize goals
- Outgoing, confident, highly motivated, and persistent
- Excellent people skills and communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic, willing to step beyond your comfort zone
- Dedicated and passionate about success
- Canadian citizenship/residency or valid work permit

**Education**
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field (Business, Sports Management, etc.) that requires school credit

The Ottawa Titans Baseball Club is a professional baseball team that plays in the Frontier League, an 18-team league based in the U.S. and Canada, ranging from Quebec City to Mississippi. 2026 will be the team’s 5th season, seeing consistent attendance growth each year.
