Customer Success Manager

We pride ourselves on our customer-centric approach and are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer service representatives to ensure high performance and excellent customer service delivery.
- Work with sales and assembly teams to insure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and standards to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize customer service technologies to streamline operations and improve customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and feedback.
- Provide regular training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve customer service processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong knowledge of current computer / OS technologies. Linux experience is a big plus.**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service management role.
- Proven experience managing and leading a small team.
- Strong knowledge of customer service technologies and software (e.g., CRM systems, ticketing systems, etc.).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of and experience working with single board computers (like Raspberry Pi) is big plus.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
