**Location**: Dartmouth, Nova Scotia

Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, the Project Administrator will provide billing, reporting, & administrative support to the Project Managers, ensuring that all applicable procedures are followed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage monthly billing cycle for projects for the Infrastructure Solutions department
- Communicate with project managers and financial accounting, as required throughout the lifespan of the projects.
- Produce reporting on projects, billing & financial, and employee time analysis.
- Produce forecasting reports
- Maintain the contract & document management system
- Maintain and update the department Project Management Process & Procedure manual.
- Maintain consultants’ technical resumes & documents.
- Provide reporting and support for sales team
- Setup of projects in project management software using our End-to-End (E2E) program
- Data entry for project management and financial systems for projects
- Verify and validate project information through system reports
- Other duties as required.
**Experience / Qualifications**:
- University degree or certification preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business, or completion of community college diploma with two or more years of general accounting experience.
- Possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel. Experience with project management software and/or Ceridian DayForce is considered an asset.
- Experience in project billing and a strong understanding of financials is a definite asset.
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Detail oriented with an adaptability to change
- Has the ability to work independently and in a team
- Proven experience in documentation control
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to problem solve
- Experience in a project management environment is a definite asset
