How your role will add to the story
We are looking for a Corporate Sales Specialist to work with our Alternative Customer Channels. You will be expected to maintain and execute both Employee Vehicle and Company Car Programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all activities as well as management reporting. You will report directly to the Corporate Sales and EVP Manager, and will have the opportunity to work with Controlling, Distribution, Accounting, National Sales, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, Mercedes-Benz Dealer Network, Employee Vehicle Program participants and Committees, and Company Car drivers
A day in the life:
- You will work on the ordering and vehicle delivery management with both special customer groups - employees and MBCAN management - to ensure a professional handover of their vehicle through our dealer partners.
- You will develop, integrate, enhance and manage a Power BI based monitoring system for all core tasks and program management oversight.
- You will work with management on program design and general rules/guidelines for both customer channels as required, based on quarterly reviews with members of Controlling, National Sales, Dealer partners and our EVP committee.
- You will update program instructions/procedures and pricing components for all Alternative Customer Channels
- During some quarters, there is always a chance you will be involved in strategic Employee Vehicle Program and Company Car discussions.

**Qualifikationen**:
Mercedes-Benz Fan skills, requirements & traits:
- University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration
- 2-3 years automotive industry experience with administration and analytical requirements
- Mercedes-Benz product knowledge
- Customer Service skills: Able to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse customer base
- Demonstrate initiative with excellent written and communication skills
- Good interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Capable of working under pressure in a team based environment
- Experience with delivering results with accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer Skills: Knowledge in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
- Bold, innovative and enjoy challenging yourself
- Honest and professional, a strong team player
- Big picture thinker, go-getter, self-starter
