**PURPOSE**

The Customer Relationship Specialist is responsible for engaging with customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. The Customer Relationship Specialist will boost MMSCAN’s market presence, increase customer engagement and build lifetime loyalty by working collaboratively with the marketing, sales, after sales and customer service departments and our agency partners.

The Customer Relationship Specialist will be responsible for executing the corporate CRM strategy, build the necessary CRM infrastructure, and execute the multichannel campaigns, and complete post analysis. They will identify new opportunities and proactively address customer concerns which will increase MMSCAN and/or dealer revenues and achieve business goals by building a customer-oriented organization.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing & CRM.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **_Support and assist in Building the CRM infrastructure: _** you will implement the data (sales, service, finance, customer experience) integration with corporate partners into the CRM platform structure and architecture (Salesforce) and ensure the data is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
- _**Maintaining the database accurate**:_you will develop activities alongside internal teams and dealers to increase the userbase and execute on going cleansing, deduplication to ensure the data is up to date
- _**Collaborating with stakeholders**:_ you will work as an expert counsel to provide guidance and training to key stakeholders on CRM best practices, strategies and systems
- _**Executing end-to-end CRM campaigns**:_you will plan and execute data-driven integrated, multichannel campaigns based on customer behaviour, insights and business targets. You will own the CRM calendar across all brand and retail campaigns and lead audience and segmentation strategies across all touchpoints. You will oversee CRM creative and reporting
- _**Innovation**:_ you will implement testing strategies for all CRM aspects to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- _**Upper/lower funnel CRM**:_ you will work with partners to develop & execute customer journey maps that effectively communicate with customers throughout their pre or post purchase lifecycles. You will also work to ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel by implementing multichannel marketing techniques that will drive customers to the dealerships

**WHO ARE YOU**
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ of experience in a CRM position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude
- A team player with leadership skills and ability to manage projects end-to-end
- Solid understanding in customer acquisition initiatives
- Technical expertise and proficiency with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred
- Experience with overseeing data integration projects
