**Your tasks at a glance**
- You receive, complete and ensure follow-up on requests received by the support center.
- You deliver support primarily using remote tools.
- You create user accounts.
- You resolve level 1 issues related to the LAN and WAN.
- You maintain IT equipment, PCs, printers, etc.
- You participate in various IT related projects.
- You provide phone assistance on weekends and evenings on rotation with monetary compensation.

**A clear view of your assets**
- Your knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365 and Windows operating systems (workstation and servers) is undeniable.
- You have basic experience with networks (DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- You stand out by your ability to be disciplined and autonomous.
- You have excellent communication skills in English et vous parlez également français.
- You have a DEC in computer science or equivalent.
- You have two years of experience in a similar position.
- You demonstrate patience and have strong customer service skills.
- You are meticulous and pay attention to detail.
- You demonstrate flexibility and adapt to change.
