**Project Scheduler (Junior)**

**Location**: 9094 Cavanagh Road (Ashton, Ontario)

The **Junior Project Scheduler**: Collaborates with experienced schedulers and project teams to efficiently gather and organize information for the master resource schedule. Responsibilities include maintaining the master resource schedule, collecting schedule updates from project teams, and diligently tracking updates. This position offers excellent growth opportunities, allowing you to work with seasoned professionals in effectively managing complex projects and refining project scheduling skills.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collect data from various schedule sources to update the master resource schedule.
- Collaborate with project teams to keep project schedules up-to-date.
- Assist in generating 3-week look-ahead schedules for project teams.
- Monitor and track schedule updates to ensure timely and efficient completion.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledgeable of heavy civil construction: roads, mass earthworks, sewer & water, road building, including, granular, paving, and/or ICI is an asset.
- P6 (Primavera) experience is an asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
