Greg Gardner GM is looking for the right individual to join our expanding Service team as an Accounting Clerk/Receptionist.

Greg Gardner GM is looking for the right individual to join our expanding Service team as a Service Consultant.

**Responsibilities**:
Core responsibilities focus around all facets of our customers service experience.

Welcoming customers and directing them to the required departments in the dealership.

Answering phones and distributing calls.

Process and distribute mail and couriers.

Providing information and advice according to customer needs.

Providing prompt, courteous service in person and on the telephone.

Resolving customer inquiries complaints in a professional manner and escalating when necessary.

Performing basic cleaning sufficient to ensure the facility is inviting.

Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.

Receive and record payments and issues receipts.

Process Daily Deposit.

Other tasks assigned by accounting department

**QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE**:
While automotive experience is considered an asset, we are open to training the right individual.

Being comfortable with computers, having the ability to multi task with excellent time management and organizational skills is essential.

We are looking for a motivated, confident person with a professional attitude and a desire to set and achieve personal goals in a great team environment.

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
