**About Us**:
**The Opportunity**:
Under Sunwing Vacations, we are looking for a Trade Marketing Intern to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Trade Marketing Intern, you will assist the Trade Marketing Team with account-based marketing, social media, events and other day-to-day support as needed. The position reports to the Trade Marketing Manager and will be located in Toronto, ON.
**What You’ll Do**:

- Coordinate marketing requests for key account partners including travel agencies and OTAs.
- Intake requests from VIP partners for both the Sunwing Vacations and WestJet Vacations brands.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Specialist to determine relevant offers and products.
- Brief internal teams (Communications and Studio) on required assets, coordinate any required approvals, and deliver final assets to VIP partners.
- Ensure deadlines are met and partners are responded to in a timely fashion.
- Maintain a spreadsheet of offers that can be used by partners.
- Assist with managing the Sunwing Vacations Group Travel Agent Facebook page.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Specialist and Sales Team to create a monthly social content calendar, draft copy, source images and brainstorm new content ideas.
- Monitor the Facebook page for travel agent inquiries and redirect to Sales as needed.
- Create monthly reports detailing impressions, engagement and top-performing posts.
- Provide event support where needed including organizing swag, coordinating attendee lists, compiling decks and acting as a day-of-event runner.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field
- 1-3 years’ experience in a related field
- Able to multi-task and prioritize deadlines efficiently
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Positive and enthusiastic team player
- Interest or experience in travel and tourism an asset
