I can make recommendations on the food and drink menus to enhance the guest
experience
**Main Duties**:
Greet every guest as they enter the room, not just the guests who sit at the bar
Take the guests’ orders and upsell feature drinks and specials
Memorize food and drink menus and make recommendations to our guests, be aware of any potential
shortages of menu items
Punch in orders in the Squirrel POS and ensure all ordered items are accounted for on the bill
Running the drinks and food and providing support when needed
Taking payment from your guests in a prompt manner
Taking feedback from guests and using problem resolution techniques to improve any negative
experiences
Follow all cash handling procedures, and complete cash out at the end of every shift
Minimize spillage and waste by obtaining correct orders and using recipe guides when needed
Maintain Warehouse standards throughout every shift and bring Friday night, every night
Complete all opening and closing duties
Attend all pre-shift meetings to ensure you are knowledgeable about the offerings
Prep garnishes and stock bar so you have the tools you need for a successful shift
