**Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Working Foreman/woman to join our team at Havills Mini Home and Mobile Sales. In this role, you will oversee construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the service team and coordinating all aspects of the construction process.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise construction teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Provide training and support to team members on best practices in construction.
- Manage After hour emergency calls occasionally.
- Help team with the on site work from decks, skirting and drywall.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Foreman/woman or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Comfortably with working with various power tools and equipment.
- Drywall and any carpentry experience would be an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.50-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

Additional pay:

- Construction: 3 years (preferred)
