**Who are We?**
Trim Landscaping is a full-service landscaping company that provides commercial and large-scale high-end residential and landscaping services in Nova Scotia. We are continually growing and are looking to add a Carpentry Foreman to our team. We have done many design-build landscape projects like Argyle and Spring Garden streets, Queen’s Marque and Peggy Cove’s Viewing Deck.

A driven, trustworthy, hard-working leader with experience in carpentry, that is looking for a new opportunity and wants to help grow our business. You must be an advocate for safety, problem solver, be committed to working long-hours when needed and don’t mind doing what needs to be done to get the job finished.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead a crew of 2-3 carpenters with varied skill and experience
- Train employees for productivity, quality and safe work practices
- Complete a wide array of carpentry elements for residential and commercial customers such as decks, benches, pergolas, fences, pool houses, outdoor kitchens etc., which may include more than just carpentry skills.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with schedule, experience, and quality
- Regularly monitor the execution of all work in accordance with established project schedules
- Complete all required paperwork for projects - receipts, timesheets, safety reports etc.
**Requirements**:
- Driver’s license
- 5 years of experience in carpentry
- 5-10 years construction knowledge
**Schedule**:
- 10-hour shift
- Monday-Friday

- $500 Bonus after 3 months of employment
