Strong Business Knowledge of Asset and Work Management functions for EAM solution.
- Should have worked as Functional Consultant consulting Customers on Business Processes, Business Blueprint & functional specifications.
- Prior experience in IBM Maximo or similarEnterprise Asset Management (EAM) products such as Infor EAM, SAP - Plant Maintenance, Oracle EAM, Dynamics EAM

Strong Business knowledge covering the areas of Enterprise Asset Management including Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory and Purchasing, Contract Management.

Must have a good understanding of Enterprise Asset management functions with a clear understanding on benefits of an integrated solution. Should have experience in driving workshop with business stakeholders.

Must have driven business workshops leading the discussion with business on requirements and advise business stakeholders on processes relevant to the domain.

Should have experience in building processes diagrams, use cases, gap analysis and functional specification documentations. Should also have experience in requirement gathering techniques.

Experience in working in agile methodology and experience in framing epics, features, user stories and acceptance criterias

Experience in agile practices as sprint grooming, user story prioritization, assigning business values, sprint review and retrospectives.

Indepth functional knowledge in Maximo modules with a thorough understanding of out-of-box process flows.

**Salary**: $140,000.00-$145,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

- Computer networking: 1 year (preferred)
- Maximo Functional Consultant: 10 years (preferred)
- EAM Solution: 6 years (preferred)
- SAP-Plant Maintenance: 5 years (preferred)
- Oracle EAM: 4 years (preferred)
- Dynamic EAM: 5 years (preferred)
- Enterprise Asset Management: 9 years (preferred)
- Business Process Management: 8 years (preferred)
