**Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role**

1. Hands-on experience in Customization, Configuration and Integration of Maximo in alignment to requirements

2. Design and configure solution in Maximo using the Maximo configuration tools

3. Understanding and Functional knowledge in Maximo Asset Management module with a thorough understanding of out-of-box process flows

4. Prior experience in installation, configuration & Administration of Maximo in Customer’s infrastructure.

5. Understand Maximo Architecture and troubleshoot implementation issues working in tandem with the infrastructure teams.

6. Experience in working in agile methodology

7. Effectively communicate / coordinate among different partners to ensure goals of the program are achieved.

8. Ensure overall quality and success of the project vis-a-vis defined objectives.

9. Creating a process for continuous improvement and capturing lesson learnt.
