Lead development and implementation of Maintenance programs though LP MRP & Industry Best Practices. Key focus on governance and standardization of Maintenance Job Plans for Electrical, Mechanical, PLM & Ops work streams. Coordinate and act as a liaison between Regional Operations and Field Services.
**Specific Accountabilities**
Support in the administration of preventative maintenance programs from LP Maintenance and Reliability Program.
- Ensure that processes and procedures that are in place are followed so that maintenance activities in the field can be carried out safely and effectively.
- Provide a support function to committees such as Maintenance Advisory Team (MAT), RMA meetings on a as required basis.
- Support newly developed standards and processes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the MMS group
- Work with the regions to ensure the appropriate Job Plan has been created and applied to the correct asset for proper maintenance.
- Act as one central point of contact for Regions assigned related to Maximo, Assets, Preventative and Predictive Maintenance Job Plan Application and LP Maintenance and Reliability Program, Unify and Connect.
- Day to day support of Maximo related issues, enhancements, other LP business units questions/concerns/initiatives.
- Create and modify Maximo inspection forms.
- Regional training support in relation to Work Execution Management and Maximo.
- Coordinate with external groups i.e. TORT, PLMTECH to ensure the respective Job plans are reviewed and revised and PM’s are updated accordingly.
- Support Service Requests process, improvements, inquires, etc.
- Support Project Integration to ensure new assets have PM’s and Job plans as required.
- Develop and manage process documentation and change management for maintenance program implementation.
- Understand both Canadian and US Federal and Provincial Laws and Regulations and work with the compliance group to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out as per the appropriate regulations.
- Work with Enterprise TIS for any technical changes to MAXIMO to support business needs and requirements.
- Provide required data export and reports during compliance (NEB/PHMSA) audits.
**Scope/Dimensions**
- Work collaboratively and effectively with Field Operations personnel located cross-border at various geographically dispersed operating regions.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess intellectual curiosity.
- Advanced level knowledge of MAXIMO.
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI and Excel.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL coding.
- Work independently on maintenance management issues; make significant changes to standard practice based on depth and breadth of knowledge.
- With mínimal direction identify and pursue opportunities to create value for the business while being keenly aware of interrelationships with other stakeholders.
- Promote quality and effectiveness through the use of best practices.
- Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, best practices and processes.
- May act as an independent consultant to project teams advising in matters relating to complex or disparate technologies for business solutions.

Required:
- Related University degree, or Technical diploma and 4 or more years related industry experience OR equivalent mix of formal education and experience.
Preferred:
- Advanced knowledge of maintenance/field operations and technology concepts coupled with strong business and planning skills
- Strong experience with CMMS system - Maximo
- Strong experience with Click Mobile
- SQL coding experience
- Proven ability to self-teach on the job
- Critical thinking
- Demonstrated interpersonal and teamwork skills including negotiating, problem-solving, communicating and active listening and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels throughout the organization.
- Solid Understanding of Maintenance Management Practices
- Solid understanding in development and implementation of new processes.
- Experience, knowledge and understanding of maintenance management philosophies and practices.
- Knowledge of how enterprise technologies relate to the business and good understanding of current technologies used in the enterprise.
- Uses critical and strategic thinking to resolve analytical and technical conflicts.
- Effectively communicate and present both technical and non-technical information to stakeholders.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders to drive change and results.
- A self-starter, who demonstrates initiative, is self-directed and motivated.
