DDR Americas is a leading manufacturer of high efficiency commercial boilers. With a strong commitment to quality, safety, and innovation, we are proud to support industries across HVAC. We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our growing team.

**Position Overview**

The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations on the production floor, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and team development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate production team activities to meet production schedules.
- Monitor workflow, efficiency, and product quality; identify and resolve production issues in real-time.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production team members to build a high-performing workforce.
- Collaborate with quality control, maintenance, and engineering teams to optimize processes.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports using ERP or other manufacturing systems.
- Participate in daily production meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, 5S, Six Sigma).

**Qualifications**

**Required**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing software systems.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with OSHA and other safety regulations.
- Bilingual (e.g., English/Spanish) a plus.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
