**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the service department.
- Assess customer needs by asking relevant questions regarding machine issues and service history.
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services based on customer requests and technician recommendations.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services while keeping customers informed of progress.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, striving for resolution and satisfaction.
- Assist in part procurement.
- Unload and load customer equipment using a forklift or crane.
- Lead safety meetings and keep accurate records.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a repair environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to effectively communicate with both customers and technicians.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Experience in upselling products or services is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about repair processes.
