PJ’s Electric is a growing electrical contracting company specializing in residential, commercial, and dairy barn projects across Manitoba and Ontario. We take pride in delivering high-quality work, building strong client relationships, and maintaining a supportive and professional team environment. We’re currently seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator to support our operations and keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

**Position Overview**:
The Project Coordinator will work closely with our project managers, field team, and clients to coordinate project schedules, manage documentation, track progress, and ensure materials and resources are in place to meet deadlines. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, a strong communicator, and eager to learn—no previous project coordination experience is required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate scheduling and daily communications between clients, site crews, and vendors
- Assist in preparing project estimates, proposals, and work orders
- Track and manage project budgets, schedules, and documentation
- Order, track, and confirm delivery of materials, tools, and equipment for each project
- Maintain accurate records including permits, inspection reports, and drawings
- Assist with invoicing and change order tracking
- Support the field team with any administrative or logístical needs
- Ensure compliance with safety and electrical code regulations

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in the electrical or construction industry is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and grow into the role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
