**Position**:
The Sales Support Specialist supports the Sales and Customer Service team by assisting in the daily collection, analysis and updating of Croesus customer data. **This role is available for the summer period.**
- Data collection, updating and reconciliation of information on multiple platforms (JIRA, salesforce, Netsuite etc);
- Creation of sales dashboards;
- Support the Sales Support Specialist in data analysis and tasks;
- Other related duties.

**Requirements**:

- Current degree (Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred);
- Experience in sales support and administration;
- Knowledge in finance and/or banking expertise (asset);
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms (asset);
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office suite;
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment;
- Bilingualism in French and English (spoken and written);
- Professionalism.
