**Position Summary**

We are seeking a **Customer Service Coordinator**to join our team and provide exceptional service to our clients while collaborating closely with our Field Services Team. This is a **6-month contract position** with the potential to become permanent.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Interaction & Coordination**: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, identifying needs and coordinating with scheduling and field services teams to ensure timely completion of requests and resolution of service issues.
- **Follow-Up & Maintenance Reminders**: Contact customers regarding overdue testing maintenance work, follow up on quotes, and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
- **Quoting & Order Review**: Prepare accurate quotes for customers, review purchase orders for accuracy, and ensure alignment with company processes and pricing.
- **Job Order Reconciliation**: Review and reconcile job orders for accuracy and completeness, coordinating with field service teams to resolve discrepancies or gather missing information.
- **Service Support**: Collaborate with field technicians and schedulers to manage work orders, organize customer schedules, and ensure all necessary information, parts, and filters are available for services.
- **Inquiry Management**: Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, addressing questions about testing standards, equipment purchases, and regulatory procedures.
- **Documentation Requests**: Handle customer requests for certificates, training records, and other essential documentation to support access requirements.
- **Process Development & Data Management**: Adapt to evolving processes, perform manual data adjustments, and ensure accuracy to prevent service disruptions or invoicing issues.
- **Regulation Interpretation**: Interpret technical standards and regulations, translating them into actionable guidance for customers.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience & Education**: At least 2 years of customer service experience; post-secondary education is preferred.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. French is a significant asset.
- **Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking**: Strong analytical skills to adapt technical standards into practical, client-specific solutions.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Proven ability to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate professionally with diverse clients and internal teams.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy in managing data, orders, and compliance requirements to avoid downstream issues.
- **Adaptability**: Quick learner who is comfortable navigating new processes, changing priorities, and evolving standards in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
