**Job Title: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Chairside assisting for general dentistry procedures (restorative, cleanings, extractions, crowns/bridges)
- Taking and processing radiographs, intra-oral photos and impressions as required
- Preparing operatories, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining a spotless clinical space
- Engaging with patients in a warm, reassuring way: greeting them, explaining procedures, easing anxieties and ensuring they leave with a positive impression
- Assisting with patient education and post-treatment instructions
- Supporting the team by noticing workflow details, anticipating supply needs and contributing to a well-organized office
- Working hand-in-hand with the dentist and hygienists to deliver efficient, high-quality care

**What we’re looking for**:

- Minimum **2 years’ experience** as an RDA in a general dental practice
- Valid Alberta RDA certification and current CPR/First Aid
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on making patients feel comfortable and valued
- Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset. Someone who sees the small things that elevate the patient’s experience
- A team player who thrives in a positive, professional, and respectful work environment
- Comfortable using dental software and learning new tools/techniques as needed

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 33 per week
