Dental Assistant RDA II — Full Time

Hours: 8:45am–4:45pm (No evenings, no weekends)

Salary: Based on experience

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced RDA II to join our specialist prosthodontic practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys advanced clinical procedures, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist prosthodontist with clinical and surgical procedures
  • Support full mouth rehabilitation cases
  • Chairside assistance for implants, crown and bridge, dentures
  • Clear aligner orthodontics and sleep apnea treatment support
  • Botox-related clinical assistance
  • Take impressions, Primescan digital scans, x-rays, and CBCT scans
  • Prepare/sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
  • Manage and coordinate in-house and external lab cases
  • Order and maintain inventory, including implants and sundries
  • Ensure infection control protocols are followed
  • Confirm lab work is complete before appointments
  • Full room setup and teardown

What We're Looking For

  • Registered Dental Assistant (RDA II) in Alberta
  • Minimum 5 years experience
  • Strong computer and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of prosthodontic materials
  • Experience with Primescan and CBCT
  • Positive, confident, fast-paced worker
  • Accountable, results-focused, and open to feedback
  • Outgoing personality and strong patient communication

Knowledge of Botox, implants, sleep apnea, and clear aligners is an asset.
