**Your Role**:
We are seeking a **Philanthropy Specialist, Community Engagement & Events** to join our dynamic Philanthropy team. In this pivotal role, you will help drive our fundraising initiatives, focusing on the growth of signature and community engagement events. As an ambassador for our mission, you will promote our values and commitment to delivering exceptional care.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Leadership**: Create, plan, coordinate, and execute philanthropic events that resonate with our mission.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop strong partnerships with vendors, venues, and community contacts to enhance event success.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging materials and manage event timelines.
- **Third-Party Events**: Lead strategies for third-party fundraising events, from prospect research to post-event reporting.
- **Internal Engagement**: Collaborate across departments to plan internal events that promote a culture of philanthropy.
- **Project Management**: Assist in executing the Philanthropy department’s annual plan, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education & Experience**: Post-secondary education in business administration, marketing, or fundraising management, with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a non-profit setting.
- **Fundraising Expertise**: Proven track record of delivering exceptional results through third-party and signature events.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM databases and event planning systems.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Exceptional communication and relationship management abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong project management skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
